Batch Print Helper and Converter soon will have an option to automatically convert Text, MS office, PDF and other file types into different images formats.
This option is similar to batch print except that results are sent to a folder insteaf of printer. Microsoft Office Document Image Writer is required. This component is included with MS Office 2003 and should be set as the default printer prior running Batch Print Helper and Converter
Virtually any Text, Image, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Miscosoft Publisher, ZIP, Adobe PDF file can be converted to various images formats: - BMP - Windows bitmap file
- GIF - Graphics ingterchange format
- ICO - Windows icon
- JPG - Independent JPEG group
- PBM - Portable bitmap (ASC II)
- PBM - Portable bitmap (Binary)
- PGM - Portable graymap (ASC II)
- PGM - Portable graymap (Binary)
- PNG - Portable network graphics
- PPM - Portable pixel map (ASC II)
- PPM - Portable pixel map (Binary)
- TGA - truevision targafile
- TIFF - tagged image file format
- XPM - X11 pixmap format
Batch converter has the following options whcih can be changed by user: - Destination folder is "C:\Program Files\PrintHelper\CONVERTED". It can be set to any other folder by user
- Save Option
- Each file to multi-page TIFF image. For example if a MS Word or Power Point file has several pages, it will be converted to a multi-page TIFF image.
- Each page to single image. An image will created for each page.
- All file to single multi-page TIFF file. All selected files (Word, Image, Excel..) will be converted to one TIFF file.
- Image size - leasve as it is or custom size.
- Color or B/W - resulting images can be color or black and white.
